What is WHOA? 

We want you to slow down and stop to think about becoming more involved in the County and State 4-H horse project. 

This will be our county’s first annual Horse Project Learning and Leadership Mini Seminar that will focus on the opportunities that the horse project can offer our 4-H youth, including opportunities for those who love horses but do not own or lease a horse.

This Washington County Horse project Learning and Leadership Mini Seminar is for 4-H youth grades 6 and up, adult volunteers, and parents who want to learn more and become more involved in the many areas of the project.
